Ramzan Mutton Biryani
Treat your tastebuds to a wholesome mutton biryani this ramadan.
1. In a bowl, mix together mutton, chilli powder, turmeric powder, nutmeg powder and salt. Mix well and let the meat marinate.
2. In a heated pan, add ghee, cinnamon, cardamoms, caraway seeds, bay leaves, garam masala, coriander powder and the marinated meat.
3. Cook for a while and layer on the par boiled rice along with saffron, raisins, waulnuts, mint leaves, ghee and let it cook.
4. Serve hot.
