    Pumpkin
    Spring Onions
    Garlic
    Ginger
    2 Mugs Water
    Butter
    Lime Juice
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper Powder

DIRECTIONS

A hot bowl of pumpkin soup is all you need after a long day at work. Try this delicious and quick recipe!

Method:

1. Boil the pumpkin along with the spring onions, garlic and ginger.

2. Once done, blend well with a hand blender.

3. Add seasoning and serve hot.
