A Hearty South Indian Brekkie With Medu Vadas

Bored of the regular idli-dosa breakfast? Try medu vadas instead.
Method:
1. Soak the urad dal for 30 minutes. Drain it.
2. Grind together the dal, chilies, curry leaves, hing.
3. Shape them properly by placing the batter on a banana leaf.
4. Deep fry them in medium heat.
