INGREDIENTS

    2 1/2 cups boiled rice
    1 beaten egg
    French beans
    1 small onion
    3 spring onions
    1 1/2 tea sp chopped garlic
    Black pepper powder
    Tomato ketchup
    Oil
    Salt

DIRECTIONS

Now you can make your favourite egg fried rice at home.

Method:

1. Heat a pan and pour oil.

2. Put onions, spring onions, chopped garlic and pour beaten egg and keep stirring it.

3. Add blanched french beans, salt, boiled rice and toss it well.

4. Put black pepper powder and tomato ketchup.

5. Mix it well and serve it hot.
