Aam Ki Chutney Recipe
The perfect accompaniment for your summer meals, this quick & easy Aam Chutney is simply tongue tickling. The spiciness of chillies and sweetness of jaggery compliments the tanginess of raw mangoes and enhances the flavours to the next level.
Heat oil in a kadhai, add bay leaves, chilli, panch phoran and chopped raw mangoes.
Close the lid and let it cook for few minutes
Add garam masala, jaggery and sugar.
Mix it well and cook it for few minutes
Your sweet & spicy mango chutney is ready to serve
