INGREDIENTS

    3 brinjal
    1 chopped potatoe
    2 chopped onion
    Coriander leaves chopped
    Kholapuri masala 1 tbsp
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Turmeric
    Salt
    2 tbsp Oil

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute it until golden brown
Add potatoes and water.
Close the lid and let it cook for few minutes
Next, add chopped brinjal and powdered spices.
Let it cook for few minutes Your delicious bhaji is ready.
Serve it with chapati or rice.
