INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    Sliced onions:- 1 cup
    Finely chopped green chillies
    Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
    Salt to taste
    Boiled potatoes: 2
    Roasted peanuts
    Finely chopped coriander

DIRECTIONS

Method:

1. In a wok heat the oil and fry onions, then add green chillies, red chilli powder and salt.
2. Once the onion is fried, add boiled potatoes and roasted peanuts and sauté till they become golden brown.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
