So here's a treat for the vegetarians out there. Make this delicious dish with Chef Roopa Nabar.

INGREDIENTS

    Oil 2 tbsp
    Jeera 2 tsp
    Fennel seed powder 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon 1
    Onion 1 finely chopped
    Green chilies slit 2
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    Tomato purée 2
    Chili powder 1 tbsp
    Garam masala 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Jeera powder: 1 tbsp
    Green peas boiled: 1/2 cup
    Potatoes cubed: 3
    1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

To the cooker add oil, cumin seeds, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chopped onion and mix them together.
Add all the dry ingredients red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel seed powder, tomato puree and mix them again.
cook them for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped potatoes, green peas, salt, green chilies, water and mix them again.
Cook them for 3 whistles.
Aloo korma is ready to serve
