Aloo Methi Paratha is stuffed with the goodness of methi and mashed potatoes that are cooked in a delicious blend of spices. It can be served as a breakfast and can even be enjoyed at lunch or dinner. Try this healthy paratha recipe in Marathi.
- 1 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Methi.
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili Paste.
- Salt to Taste.
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder.
- 1 tablespoon sesame.
- 2 cup Wheat Flour.
In a bowl, mix wheat flour, boiled potatoes, methi, ginger, garlic green chili paste, salt, dhania powder, sesame , water and mix it all together by adding a little oil in it.
Keep the dough for resting for 5 minutes.
Then start making parathas out of the dough.
Cook them on both sides.
Batata methi paratha is ready to serve.
