5 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
A Pinch Of Turmeric
Salt To Taste
A Pinch Of Asafetida
1 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds Powder
1/4 Cup Sesame Seed
Water To Cook Amla
In a pan add in oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, gooseberries, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and red chili powder.
Mix it all together and let it cook for more 2 minutes.
Amla pickle is ready to serve.
It is best enjoyed when kept for 2 or 3 days of preservation time.
