To the pan add oil, chopped onion, freshly grated coconut mix them together until it turns golden brown
Remove them, add water and grind it to get a wet paste.
In another pan add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Kholapuri masala, prepared paste, boiled eggs and mix them together.
Let it cook for 2 minutes
Egg masala curry is ready to serve.
