Easy
1. In a large bowl, mix together mutton, garlic, ginger, papaya paste, green chilli paste, salt, garam masala, corriander, mint leaves, curd and lime juice.
2. Mix this well and let it marinate for a few hours.
3. In a heated pan, add oil, marinated meat, fried onions, water and let it cook.
4. Layer with rice, let it cook for a while.
5. Garnish and serve.
