Aval Laddoo Recipe

- Melt few drops of ghee in a pan. Add dry fruits, poha and roast for 1 to 2 minutes.

- Allow to cool and grind into powder.

- In the same kadhai, melt jaggery. Don't cook it.

- Off the flame and add raisins, few spoons of ghee, cardamom powder and poha mixture.

- Mix well and allow to cool for few seconds. Using ghee (if required), shape into laddoos. If the mixture is too dry, you may add a few drops of milk to adjust consistency.
