    3 tbsp plain flour
    1 tbsp desiccated coconut
    2 tbsp sugar
    ½ tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp finely mashed avocado
    ½ tbsp coconut oil
    2½ tbsp milk
    ¼ tsp lemon zest
    To serve: Vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS

Everyone is raving about the mug recipes so we decided to try out something tasty yet amazingly easy. Today Nandita is making an 2 minute Avocado Lemon Mug Cake.

Method:

1. In a microwave safe mug, mix in all the dry ingredients.

2. Add in the avocado mash, milk, coconut oil and lemon zest.

3. Mix well and put it in the microwave for about 1 minute.

4. Top with vanilla ice cream and serve.
