Preheat the oven to 180° C
Heat a pan and add oil, garlic and onion. Sauté until translucent
Add the mushrooms and sauté on high heat until cooked. Transfer to a bowl and allow the mix to cool.
In a bowl, add mashed avocado, salt, pepper, tomato and lemon juice and salt and pepper as required.
Mix well and then add the cooled mushrooms along with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce.
Take a phyllo sheet and brush with oil.
Place another phyllo sheet on top and brush with oil as well.
Place a third and final phyllo sheet on top
Lay the filling on the top phyllo sheet, wrap it tightly and seal with slurry.
Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake at 180° C for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the cooked roll from the oven, slice and serve.
Sprouts and figs (or any fruit of your choice).
