1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it crackles, add chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and sauté for few seconds, till dals are cooked.
2. Add raw banana , turmeric, hing, salt and cook on medium flame for a minute or two.
3. Add lime juice and coconut, mix well and serve.
