Method:
- Heat olive oil in the pan
- Add onions and chopped garlic
- Stir till translucent

- TIP: Kale belongs to the cabbage family
- Add the kale leaves
- When the kale is half cooked, add the tomatoes
- Stir well
- TIP: you can also use home-soaked rajma instead of canned beans
- Add the canned beans
- Stir well and allow it to boil
- Add the sausages
- Mix well
- Let it cook for 10 minutes
- Add parsley
- Stew is ready to serve
