Method:
  • Heat olive oil in the pan
  • Add onions and chopped garlic
  • Stir till translucent
  • TIP:Kale leaves are very rich in amino acids, great for your skin and helps control heart diseases
  • TIP: Kale belongs to the cabbage family
  • Add the kale leaves
  • When the kale is half cooked, add the tomatoes
  • Stir well
  • TIP: you can also use home-soaked rajma instead of canned beans
  • Add the canned beans
  • Stir well and allow it to boil
  • Add the sausages
  • Mix well
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes
  • Add parsley
  • Stew is ready to serve
