Are you an absolute noodle freak? Then this recipe is a must watch for you. Easy to cook, yet with a tinge of difference, the bean noodle cake is sure to keep you hooked!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of moong bean noodles
2-3 tbsp of corn flour
3 tbsp of oil
Few spring onion leaves, chopped
1 tbsp of light soya sauce
2 tsp red chilli paste
3-4 kaffir lime leaves, shredded
¼ cup of carrots, finely chopped
¼ cup of french beans, finely chopped
1 tbsp of ginger-garlic, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Soak the noodles in hot water for 5-6 mins
Cover the bowl with a lid
Drain out the water
Break the noodles with hands into smaller pieces
Add the chopped carrots
Add the chopped french beans
Add the red chilli paste
Add the kaffir lime leaves
Add the chopped ginger-garlic
Add the spring onion leaves
Add the soya sauce
Add the black pepper powder
Add salt as per taste
Add the corn flour
Add a little water
Mix all the ingredients
Make small patties with hands
Heat oil in the pan
Shallow fry the noodle patties in the pan
Once golden from one side flip and cook from the other side
