- Soak the noodles in hot water for 5-6 mins
- Cover the bowl with a lid
- Drain out the water
- Break the noodles with hands into smaller pieces
- Add the chopped carrots
- Add the chopped french beans
- Add the red chilli paste
- Add the kaffir lime leaves
- Add the chopped ginger-garlic
- Add the spring onion leaves
- Add the soya sauce
- Add the black pepper powder
- Add salt as per taste
- Add the corn flour
- Add a little water
- Mix all the ingredients
- Make small patties with hands
- Heat oil in the pan
- Shallow fry the noodle patties in the pan
- Once golden from one side flip and cook from the other side
- Bean noodle cake are ready to serve
