Party peeps! This one is a great appetiser and sure to keep your guests asking for more.

INGREDIENTS

    For the falafel:
    Chickpeas
    Beetroot
    Salt
    Red Chilli Powder
    Onions
    Garlic
    Green Chillies
    Coriander
    Parsley
    Baking Soda
    Chickpea Flour
    Refined Flour
    For the dip:
    Dip:
    Chickpeas
    Spinach Puree
    Onions
    Green Chillies
    Salt
    Parsley
    Coriander
    Garlic (optional)
    Olive Oil
    Milk
    Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients for the falafel and blend in a mixer.
Make round balls and fry them in hot oil.
Blend all the ingredients for the dip and serve.
