1. In a pressure cooker, add in oil, red chillies, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and stir.
2. Add in onions and let them cook until caramalised.
3. Put ginger, garlic, tomato paste and the marianted mutton, potatoes, salt,water, garam masala powder.
4. Let this cook until the meat is well done.
5. Garnish and serve.
