Pour yourself a glass of this chilled tamarind drink while you chill near the pool on a hot day.

INGREDIENTS

    Tamarind pulp
    Powdered sugar
    Black salt
    Bhaja moshla
    Water
    Ice cubes to garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, mix together tamarind paste, water, powdered sugar, black salt and bhaja moshla.

2. Strain and pour into a glass.

3. Add ice, garnish and serve.
