Eat it as a sandwich filling, with idli and dosas or as you like it.

INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup pudina or mint leaves
    1/2 cup dhaniya or cilantro leaves
    2 tbsp sugar
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 inch ginger
    3 garlic cloves
    3/4 cup of desiccated or freshly grated coconut
    Water as per consistency
    1 tsp salt
    4 green chillies

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and grind well.

2. Serve fresh.
