Method:
- Heat clarified butter on the pan.
- Add Dry fruits to it and fry it along the butter already heating up.
- Add the cooked rice to it and mix and then also put the Milk in the pan.
- Add Elaichi powder, castor sugar and mix it well and boil the kheer.
- Ready to Serve.
