• Good Day Chunkies: 6 - 7
• Vanilla Custard: 1 cup
• Whipped cream 1 cup
• Butter: 50 gm
• Castor sugar: 50 gm
• Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp
• Chopped nuts: 50gm
1. Mix Vanilla pudding, butter , caster sugar and whisks together till fluffy.
2. In a loaf tin arrange Chunkies biscuits, pour pudding, arrange nuts and berries, the biscuits, add pudding and keep in the fridge to set.
3. In a mixer crush nuts and berries and biscuits.
4. Remove from fridge, sprinkle with biscuits and again keep in fridge till overnight or till it sets up.
5. Cut and ready to eat.
