Boondi Raita is an Indian side dish, made with boondi, yogurt, and some masalas. Chef Roopa enhances its taste by adding pomegranate seeds to it and it tastes best when paired with Pulav or biryani.

INGREDIENTS

    1cup boondi
    2 cups curds beaten
    Salt
    Chilli powder
    Chaat masala
    1 tsp Jeera powder
    2tbps date tamarind chutney
    pomegranate
    Salt

DIRECTIONS

To the bowl add yogurt, salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, boondi and mix them together.
To the serving bowl add the boondi mixture, chaat masala, chili powder, date and tamarind chutney, pomegranates Boondi Raita is ready to serve
