Braised Chicken With Soy Sauce And Bok Choy

This garlic soy braised chicken is tender, bathed in a savoury sauce, and perfect over a bed of rice.

Method:

1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.

2. Fry the chicken. Add the bok choy, broccoli and onions. Cook with lid covered.

3. Turn off the flame and serve hot.
