In a pan add oil and roast mustard seeds, chana dal, dry red chili, asafoetida, green chili, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, turmeric powder, salt, boiled potatoes and coriander. Mix them well.
In another pan, make the dosa. Fill in the prepared masala inside the dosa, fold, and serve hot with coconut chutney.
