Broken Wheat Upma (Lapsi Upma)
Breakfast although an important meal, is often igored as a result of our busy schedules. Try making this healthy upma for a quick and fuss free breakfast.

Take a pan and add some oil to it.
Once the pan gets nice and hot, drop some mustard seeds into the pan and let it crackle.
Add some urad dal, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, coriander stem,curry leaves and some chopped onions to the pan.
Stir this mixture well and add vegetables of your choice.
After addding the veggies, sprinkle some salt and mix well.
Once that is done, add some dalia to it. Let the dalia roast well.
Add some more salt according to your taste. Pour in some water and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
Once the water has dried up, remove the lid and mix well.
Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves
