- In a bowl mix vegetable oil, brown sugar, sugar and whisk it well.
- Add 2 eggs and again whisk it.
- Add refined flour, cinnamon powder, baking soda, salt and raisins and whisk it well.
- Add carrot to the mixture and whisk it again.
- Pour the batter into tin.
- Bake it 180°C in a pre-heated oven for 45 mins.
- Remove it from oven and its ready to serve.
