Carrot Coconut Burfi | Diwali Special Sweet Recipe
Gajar Nariyal Burfi/Carrot Coconut Barfi is a traditional Diwali dessert recipe prepared with freshly grated carrots and coconut. Apart from being delicious this burfi recipe is easy to make as well. Watch and learn this recipe by Roopa in just few steps.
In a deep pan add some ghee & carrots and heat it well. Keep mixing till the carrots cook.
Once the carrots become soft add the coconut and mix again.
Then add the sugar and mix again. The mixture will become soft & release a little water.
Then add cardamom powder and mix again.
Take a baking tray and grease it with ghee. Empty the mixture onto the pan and spread it well.
Cut the mixture into desired shapes & sizes.
Top it with chopped cashew nuts.
