Cheese Corn Tikki

Toast the corn on a hot pan, until golden brown

Next, heat another pan and add some butter to cook diced sweet potato with some red chilli powder and salt to it.

Crush the corn into a grinder mixer

Take a mixing bowl add the crushed sweet corn, sweet potato mixer, add chili powder, salt, chaat masala powder, chopped onions, chopped green chili, and mix well. For Stuffing

Take a bowl add some cheese, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chili powder, salt and mix well

Now for corn tikki take the corn mixture, pat it slightly and stuff the cheese balls stuffing into it.

In a hot pan heat, the oil shallow fry the corn tikki

Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, tomatoes, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt and sev mix well and taste the mixture.

Plating for the recipe, put the chaat masala into the plate then gently place the corn tikki on it and put the rest of chaat masala 10.

Serve with some sev on top of it.
