Method:
- For the filling, take bowl full of grated cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Add finely chopped onions, garlic, green chillies, black pepper powder, salt to taste, coriander leaves and mix all well.
- Take samosa strips and make one fold and then another fold. This way make it as a cone.
- Stuff the filling made into the cone. Close and Seal it with slurry maida and stick the edges.
- Heat oil in a pan and then once it's hot add it to the pan.
- Cook till they are golden brown in colour.
- Take them out on a plate covered with tissue paper to soak the excess oil.
- Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
