Method:

  1. For the filling, take bowl full of grated cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, green chillies, black pepper powder, salt to taste, coriander leaves and mix all well.
  3. Take samosa strips and make one fold and then another fold. This way make it as a cone.
  4. Stuff the filling made into the cone. Close and Seal it with slurry maida and stick the edges.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and then once it's hot add it to the pan.
  6. Cook till they are golden brown in colour.
  7. Take them out on a plate covered with tissue paper to soak the excess oil.
  8. Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
