Method:

1. In a pan, pour some oil and fry the onions till they are brown.

2. In the same pan, fry garlic till they are brown.

3. In a bowl, add boiled noodles, onions, cabbage, fried onions, fried garlic, roasted gram flour, chilli flakes, tamarind pulp, fresh coriander, mint leaves, sugar, salt and orange food colour.

4. Drizzle some oil and mix it all together. It's ready to be served.
