INGREDIENTS

    Oil | तलने के लिए तेल
    1 Cup Onion | 1 कप प्याज
    1 TBSP Garlic | लहसुन
    1 Cup Rice Noodles | नूडल्स
    1 Cup Fried Onion | 1 कप फ्राइड प्याज
    1/2 Cup Cabbage | गोभी
    2 TBSP Roasted Gram Dal Flour | बेसन
    1 TBSP Chilli Flakes | सूखी लाल मिर्च के फ्लैकस्
    1 TBSP Tamarind Pulp | इमली पल्प
    1 TBSP Fresh Coriander | ताजा धनिया
    1 TBSP Mint Leaves | पुदीने की पत्तियां
    1 TBSP Sugar | चीनी
    Salt to Taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
    1 TBSP Orange Food Colour | ऑरेंज फूड कलर
    1 TBSP Oil | तेल

DIRECTIONS

Method:

1. In a pan, pour some oil and fry the onions till they are brown.

2.  In the same pan, fry garlic till they are brown.

3. In a bowl, add boiled noodles, onions, cabbage, fried onions, fried garlic, roasted gram flour, chilli flakes, tamarind pulp, fresh coriander, mint leaves, sugar, salt and orange food colour.

4. Drizzle some oil and mix it all together.  It’s ready to be served.
