How To Make Chicken Biryani

INGREDIENTS

    500g chicken
    1 bowl fried onions(Sliced and deep fried, can be stored in the fridge for 10 days)
    10 tbsp curd
    2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1/2 cup brown onion paste
    Oil for cooking
    400g basmati rice
    Salt to taste
    1 tbsp mix masala
    1 lemon juice
    Yellow color for decoration
    2 tbsp biryani masala '
    Coriander as per need
    Small cup fresh cream
    1/2 tbsp turmeric

DIRECTIONS

Each region has its own unique recipe and variation, and each of them aptly pepped and spiced. The Chicken Biryani is very famous in India and is a staple in Muslim weddings. The Biryani gets its flavor from browned onions and whole garam masalas. So this weekend cook up a meal fit for the kings.

Method:

1. Start by marinating the chicken with curd, brown onion paste, ginger & garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander, biryani masala, fresh cream, mix masala and mix well.

2. In a heated pan, add in oil and the chicken and let it cook.

3. Once cooked, layer it with cooked rice and top it off with fried onions, coriander and lemon juie.

4. Serve hot!
