1. In a heated pan, add in oil along with ginger and garlic paste, coriander, onion, salt, garam masala, chili flakes, black pepper and mix well.
2. Add in the chicken liver and mix again.
3. Add in rice, mix and let it cook for a while.
4. Garnish with coriander and serve.
