An easy-to-make kiddie chicken wrap recipe when hunger strikes.

INGREDIENTS

    600g of marinated Chicken
    2-3 roti (chapatti, flat bread)
    1 medium sized onion, sliced
    1 medium sized tomato finely chopped
    Grated cheddar cheese
    3 tbsp of olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    Pepper
    2 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter)

DIRECTIONS

  1. TIP: Chicken can also be cooked in a nonstick pan with olive oil for 20-25 mins
  2. Transfer the marinated chicken into a baking dish and add the 3 tbsp of olive oil
  3. Bake the chicken for 20-25 mins at 175 degree
  4. Take a few pieces out and chop them fine
  5. Heat ghee (clarified butter) on a nonstick pan
  6. Add the sliced onions
  7. Sauté well
  8. Add the chopped tomatoes
  9. Add some pepper
  10. Add the cooked chicken
  11. Cook it together for 4-5 min and turn off the flame
  12. Add the parmesan cheese
  13. Mix well
  14. Take a roti (chapatti, flat bread) and add some cheddar cheese
  15. Add the chicken mixture
  16. Roll the mixture together
  17. Chicken rock and roll is ready
