Joel shows you how to make a Spanish version of Sev Puri, called Tostadas in this video. With chicken and spice these Tapas make for excellent cocktail snacks! Who knew exotic snacks were this easy and quick to make!

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 tbsp of black pepper
    • 1/2 lemon
    • 1/4 juliennes of a carrot
    • 1/4 juliennes of green capsicum
    • 1/4 juliennes of red bell pepper
    • 2 juliennes of spring onions
    • 1 tbsp of sugar
    • 12 pieces of baby tomatoes
    • 8 pieces of green olives
    • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
    • 3 tbsp of butter
    • 2 tbsp of mustard paste
    • 4 bruschettas (french bread)
    • 50g cabbage
    • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat 2 tbsp butter
  • Once the butter has melted, add the chicken
  • Stir till the chicken cooks
  • Season the chicken with a dash of black pepper and salt
  • TIP: Do not add extra salt as the salsa contains enough sodium
  • Lay the toastadas in a serving plate
  • Add a piece of lettuce on the toastada
  • Then add a piece of chicken on each of the toastadas
  • Top it up with a dash of salsa, cheese, and a few drops of lemon on each toastada
  • Ready to serve
