This spicy Mumbai street food gets a Chinese makeover!

INGREDIENTS

    2 tbsp Oil
    1 chopped Capsicum
    1 chopped Carrot
    1/2 chopped Cabbage
    2-3 Spring Onion Bulbs, chopped
    2-3 Spring onions leaves, chopped
    2 tomatoes, pureed
    1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
    1 packet Chings Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala
    1 packet Noodles, boiled
    2-3 Burger Buns

DIRECTIONS

1. Add oil to a pan. Once heated add capsicum, carrot, cabbage and mix well.
2. Then add spring onion bulbs & spring onion leaves and mix it well.
3. Partly cook the vegetables and add the pureed tomatoes and mix all the vegetables well with the puree.
4. Add pav bhaji masala & Chings Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala and mix well
5. Add the noodles with the mixture and mix well so that all the ingredients are well combined.
6. Stuff the burger bun with the noodles and enjoy!
