Chocolate Chip Banana Cake Recipe in Punjabi
Our Punjabi chef shows you how to prepare a decadent chocolate chip banana cake. Topped with a beautiful chocolate ganache, this cake is the perfect bake for birthdays, parties and other festivities.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add white flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix it.
In a separate bowl add eggs, sugar, mashed banana, oil, warm water, warm milk and whisk it all together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix it together.
Bake it for 40 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
For Chocolate Ganache:
Add the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
Then add cream, butter and whisk it all together.
Add Chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, condensed milk and silver balls.
