INGREDIENTS

    150 gms heavy cream
    150 gm cooking chocolate

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat your heavy cream and bring it to a boil.

2. Switch off the gas stove and add the chocolate.

3. Stir it well.

4. Your chocolate ganache is ready to be used for your cakes and desserts.
