Who doesn't love chocolate? It's the ultimate comfort food after all. In this recipe by Kamini Patel, we go the dark side and pair delicious dark chocolate with crunchy nuts, seeds and dry fruits. We promise, it's really easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

    150g dark chocolate
    Chia seeds, pumpkins seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds
    Chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews, peanuts
    Chopped dried apricots, cranberries, figs

DIRECTIONS

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Prepare a tray with parchment paper or baking sheet.
Once the chocolate is smooth, with a little spoon create mini discs.
Immediately press the nuts, seeds and dry fruits on top.
Set aside for an hour in the fridge.
Store in an airtight container.
