250g half cooked tomatoes (skinned out and deseeded)
1/2 cup of coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder
1/2 an onion (chopped)
7-8 bottled jalapeno
Juice of half a lime
1/2 tsp of sugar
Start by mixing all the ingredients together in a mixer grinder
Add tomatoes first
Add the chopped onions
Add the jalapenos
Add cumin powder
Add the coriander leaves
Sprinkle the ingredients with juice of half a lime
Blend the ingredients for 30 secs in a mixer grinder
