INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:-
    Wheat Flour:- 1 Cup
    A pinch of salt
    Ghee:- 2 Tablespoons
    Water as required
    Oil for frying
    Melted Jaggery:- 1/2 Cup
    Mixed Nuts:- 2 Tablespoons
    Cardamom powder:- 2 teaspoons

DIRECTIONS

Method:

1. In a bowl add wheat flour and a pinch of salt
2. Add ghee and water as required to form a dough
3. Form dough balls making finger indentations on the dough
4. Fry off the dough until brown and grind it into a powder form
5. Take a sieve and strain the mixture, removing any big granules
6. Now add melted jaggery to the powdered mixture
7. Add chopped nuts and cardamom powder
8. Add more ghee to get a dough-like consistency
9. Shape into lemon-sized balls and the ladoos are ready to serve
