In a dry pan, add the semolina and roast it for 2 mins. Then take it out on a plate.
In the same pan, add ghee and leave it to get heated up.
While the ghee heats, add sugar & water in a separate pan and get it boiling.
As the ghee melts & heats up, add the semolina into the ghee and keep mixing it.
Once the sugar syrup starts heating, add cardamom powder, edible colour & saffron and give it a good mix.
Add this water into the semolina mixture while stirring continuously.
Then add almonds, raisins, pistachios and rose water and give it one final mix and serve.
