Cool Off With Mango Coolie

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup boiled mangoes
    1/4 cup jaggery (cane sugar or palm sugar)
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
    4 cups of cold water
    Ice cubes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Summers are here and so are the mangoes. What can be better than a Mango Coolie to refresh yourself?

Method:

1. Boil mango and scoop the pulp.

2. Sprinkle salt and mix it well.

3. Add cardamom powder and jiggery and mix it.

4. Pour water and stir it till it becomes smooth.

5. Chill it and serve it and garnish with mint leaves and jiggery.
