Corn Capsicum Masala – – Sweet Corn Capsicum Gravy

Corn Capsicum Masala is a flavorful North Indian dish. With the blend of vegetables and spices this easy recipe is ideal for lunch or dinner. It tastes best when served with steamed rice, chapatti.

INGREDIENTS

    100 grams Corn
    1 Chopped Capsicum
    1 boiled potatoes
    1 Chopped Tomato
    1 Chopped Onion
    1 tablespoon Mustard Seeds
    1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
    Coriander Leaves
    Salt to Taste
    1 tablespoon Crushed Garlic
    1 tablespoon red chili powder
    1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS

in a pan add in oil, garlic, mustard seeds and mix it together.
Then add in chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, corn, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder,salt, chopped potatoes, corriander, water and mix it all together.
Close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes
Corn Capsicum vegetable is ready to serve.
