Corn Capsicum Pulav is a simple Main course recipe which tastes best when served with raita.

INGREDIENTS

    3 dry red chili
    1 Cup Corn
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Tbsp Mix Herbs
    1 Tsp Pepper Powder
    1/2 lemon juice
    Salt to Taste
    2 Cups Boiled Basmati Rice
    1 tbsp butter
    1-2 tbsp oil
    Corriander

DIRECTIONS

In a pan add butter, oil, chopped dry red chili, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, red capsicum, corn and mix it all together and let it cook for 5 minute
Then add mix herbs,black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and mix it again
Mix in the cooked basmati rice, coriander leaves and cover the pan for at least 5 minute and let it cook.
Your Pulav is ready to serve.
