½ cup boiled yellow corns

2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tsp oil
A pinch of oregano
A pinch of red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
A pinch of pepper
Tart shells for filling
Heat oil in a pan
Once the oil is hot, add the spring onions
Add the capsicum
Add the red bell pepper
Sauté the ingredients for a minute
Add the mushrooms
Add the corns
Add salt as per taste
Add some chilli flakes
Add the fresh cream
Sauté for a while
Add the spring onion leaves
Fill each tart shell with the sautéed vegetables
Garnish the tart shells with some spring onion leaves
